Quality Athletics Rooftop Restaurant Garden  

"Quality Athletics is a new sports bar opening this September in Pioneer Square. Located in the Stadium Place building on the corner of Occidental and King, the vibe will be fun, the food and drinks excellent, and the flat screens plentiful. The space will include a large wood-fired grill and rotisserie, roof top garden, an AstroTurf back bar, outdoor fire pits, a private event space and indoor and outdoor seating."

We partnered with the Huxley Wallace Collective, the brains behind Quality Athletics, to transform an existing rooftop garden space into a highly productive edible garden. We worked with the chef to create a list of crops that will accent their pub-fare. Many of the crops are suitable for pickling and will be turned into relishes and fermented condiments.
